Resilience Beauty Deep Conditioning Hair Mask was designed to stimulate faster hair growth, keep hair moisturized and prevent breakage.
Instructions:
Put on your favorite playlist and be prepared to spend at least an hour to complete this routine.
First, place a plastic cloak over your shoulders. Next, moisturize entire scalp. Then, make sure hair is damp. (May use spray bottle.) Over a sink (or bathtub), split hair into sections and saturate entire length of hair (avoiding the scalp.)
Braid or twist each section once saturated. When all sections are completed, remove excess product from hair, spray with water and secure hair with hair tie. Place shower cap over hair (included). May also place scarf and/or bonnet over shower cap to ensure oils from product will not come in contact with clothing or bedding.
May be left in overnight or for up to 5 days.
May also reapply fresh product over previous application after 5th day. If reapplying over previous application, remove one braid at a time, comb through section. Spray section with water, apply more product, then braid hair again.
You may repeat this process for up to one month.
(Be aware that washing out product after several reapplications could be a process.)
When ready, wash out product thoroughly with shampoo (may take a few washes to remove product from hair), style as desired. Repeat as often as desired. Repetition gets better results.
* If done over bathtub, please make sure to wash entire bathtub out after application, as bathtub MAY be slippery.
